Mr. Hemy Tzubary – Co-Founder, CEO

Mr. Hemy Tzubary co-founded One Smart Star where he serves as CEO since its inception. Prior to this he was CFO and COO of ART: Advanced Recognition Technologies Inc, a breakthrough voice and handwriting recognition software company. Here beyond overseeing daily operations he led the company to two private placements as well as its later merger with Nuance Inc., a US-based NASDAQ listed corporation.

As an entrepreneur and mentor, he is also actively involved is a number of innovative startup companies in the field of mobile telecomm and green energy.

Mr. David Sussan is Co-Founder, CEO.

Mr. Sussan is an active and deeply involved investor in a number of innovative startup companies in the areas of mass communication interactivity and electronic / digital learning tools.

In 1989, David founded Kesem Real Estate and Development Company which provided water storage facilities and automated firefighting systems to a large range of commercial and governmental projects. David served as Kessem’s CEO until its sale in 2005.

Mr. Yakov Shulman – VP Sales

Yakov Shulman’s career includes serving as VP Sales at TransChip, a developer of CMOS cameras for cellular handsets, VP Sales and later CEO of ART Advanced Recognition Technologies Inc., a major developer of advanced voice recognition software for mobile phone manufacturers.

At ART, Yakov established a worldwide marketing network generating sales to leading handset manufacturers such as Nokia, LG, Motorola, Mitsubishi Electric, NEC, Panasonic, BenQ, Logitech, Siemens, Hitachi and Compal, and he brought the company to significant profitability before its merger with Scansoft US.

Prior to ART, Yakov spent eighteen years at Tadiran, holding various positions including deputy VP Sales & Marketing, where he directed activities in Asia Pacific, Australia, Africa and South America.

Careyden Wee President

He serves as President since 2017, Mr. Wee works closely with many key partners in the region , regional networking and credible values are paramount in the business.

Prior to this, he was the founding member of Asia World Technology (AWT) on Asia Tracks. App Speaker on Smart Mobile Operating Systems. He was also an active public speaker for Singapore Appsworld Asia in 2011, IOS TrueMove Bangkok and Android Marketing Ecosystem in Phuket 2010, organized by SIPA Thailand.

ECI. Co-founder and driving force of the Telecom Optical division (SDH), growing it from an idea to hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenues; founder of the VoIP division, and president of the NGTS & DCME division.

Alvarion (NASDAQ ALVR). As President & CEO he led the company to global market leadership in WiMAX 4G infrastructure, growing revenues from zero to over $200 million.

During his illustrious career, Tzvika has gained a wealth of experience in M&A and post-merger integration; establishing joint ventures and global M&S and R&D centers; and working in both developed and developing markets.

In addition to his broad telecomm experience, Tzvika is an active investor and coach for companies in on-line advertising, social media, smart acquisition solutions, messaging, homeland security, home networking and Algo-Trading.
